Elder Vampire (?)

No story fleshed out at the moment. But the thing is, he has this dagger-like thing stuck to his chest , which in a way controls him or his power. I'm thinking of putting him the Salamanca or Ang Sumpa storyline. He should be cool, and i like to give him an aura similiar to Dracula in Castlevania with the gothic darkness of DGP's Seventh.
